Mounting systems for flat roofs

Every roof presents different technical conditions, so each installation requires a carefully considered solution. Our references show mounting systems in real projects across the Czech Republic. The photographs show flat-roof panel layouts, details of mechanical connections and how the system adapts to the available space.

The Jack Ready system is based on TELAB’s long-developed mounting concept. The photographs come from company materials.

The image shows a PV system with so-called canopies, where HiPoSol achieves up to 20% higher efficiency than standard photovoltaic systems.

From fixed mounting to automatic tilting

The system is based on the Jack Ready mounting structure, which first allows PV to be installed as fixed, with up to 20% higher efficiency than standard PV systems. Adding mechanical components, a drive and controls creates a tracking solution that changes the panel tilt during the day and makes ideal use of direct sunlight.

The modular design makes it possible to adapt the installation to roof complexity and the project’s technical requirements.
